A bit about the role
We’re currently seeking applications for IT Support Analyst’s.
You’ll work closely with clients and the existing team to provide a true customer first experience, where we work as partners not suppliers.
The role is based from our Chalfont st Peter office, Buckinghamshire, UK, you should expect to be onsite with clients 2 days a week, with some time in our office too, flexible working is expected after the initial training and probation period too but it is not a fully remote role.
We’re looking for a Microsoft based support engineer, with at least 2 years experience in a helpdesk or similar role.
You’ll already be familiar with the main Microsoft 365 admin portals and how these tools work for organisations.
