You can’t stop your team posting, tweeting, checking their Instagram or flicking through Facebook while at work.
And that’s probably fine as long as it doesn’t get in the way of their work.
However social media can be too much of a temptation. It can cause a loss of focus and reduction in productivity. Which is when Social media becomes a problem.
